Custom Wine Tasting Holidays to Styria

Our first time wine tasting and it was perfect! It was fun and we got to learn something new 😊 we recommend it for all of the wine lovers 🍷💛❤️🩷

An experience to remember! We're a couple of friends unfamiliar with Slovenian wine, so when we sought an experience to understand and appreciate Slovenian wines, we couldn't have done better than with Boris. His love and passion for the wines of his country were easy to see. A fun moment was when he gave us each a blindfold for a taste test, and I think I need to drink wine like this from now on haha.. We felt that the session was a little rushed, but priceless nonetheless, and definitely recommended. You'll have a great time with the energetic, experienced and upbeat sommelier! Thanks, Boris, for giving us another reason to love Ljubljana!

The evening was wonderful. Hosted in a 300 year old cellar under a quaint bar next to the river. The setting is amazing and the wines are surprisingly good. Our host Boris is clearly passionate about Slovenian wines and his knowledge is outstanding. He explained all of the wines and the tastings are enough to get a good idea of just how good they are. The optional pairing with chocolate is a must do, as they complement the wines extremely well. The blind tasting of one of the wines is a bit of fun - something I have never tasted before. All together a great couple of hours of tasting wines from an area I was totally unfamiliar with. A must do when in Ljubljana.

Boris is a great Somelier!! The selection of wines are fantastic and better than most you will find. Highly recommended for a visit next visit to Ljubljana!!! Orange wines are a must here, they will blow your mind!!!

Supert opplegg hvor vi fikk masse informasjon om slovensk vinproduksjon med smaking av de forskjellige typer vin de produserer. Boris var hyggelig, kunnskapsrik og veldig engasjerende! Vil virkelig anbefale dette for å innsyn i et nytt og lite kjent vinland. Han klarte også å sammenlikne de forskjellige typene slovenske viner med mer kjente typer fra Frankrike, Italia, USA og Australia, eller andre land og vintyper gruppa var kjent med slik at man hadde noen knagger å henge det på!

En helt igennem veltilrettelagt vinsmagning, hvor Boris med stor viden, stærk dedikation og højt humør bragte os sikkert rundt i Sloveniens vine - og vi giver turen vores allerbedste anbefaling 👍🇸🇮
